How Usage Is Metered
Credits are deducted for every inbound load AND every outbound load separately by the pound using tiered per-lb rates. Your effective rate depends on your annual volume — starting at $0.001/lb ($2.00/ton) and declining to $0.0004/lb ($0.80/ton) at scale. Example: Truck brings in 56,800 lb (28.4 tons) mixed scrap (inbound) + you ship out 25,400 lb HMS + 18,600 lb shredded feed (outbound) = 100,800 lb deducted from credits.
